Valentines Day Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
This contest is open only to legal residents of Republic of Ireland, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of HYPONIC Ireland, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsorship:
The contest is sponsored by HYPONIC Ireland, located at 3an Corneal, Pier Rd. Barna, Co Galway, Ireland
3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating in this contest, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of HYPONIC Ireland as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.
4. Contest Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on 22.01.2024, 20:00] and ending 13.02.2024, 23:59. All online entries must be received by 13.02.2024, 23:59.
5. How to Enter:
The contest must be entered by following these steps:
- FOLLOW the HYPONIC Ireland Instagram/Facebook page.
- LIKE the contest post.
- TAG at least three friends in the comments of the contest post.
- SHARE the contest post on your Instagram/Facebook feed or story and tag @hyponic.ireland and add #hyponicgiveaway
You may enter only once by following all the steps. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
6. Prizes:
The Winner of the contest will receive 3 bottles of the HYPONIC Grooming Artis line 1500ml shampoo, (one of the Deep Cleanse, one of the Hand Scissor, one of the Clipper Cut). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at HYPONIC Ireland's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for HYPONIC Ireland to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of HYPONIC Ireland. Winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram/Facebook and published online within five (5) days following selection of the winner. HYPONIC Ireland shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [48 hours] from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. HYPONIC Ireland reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond HYPONIC Ireland's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such a case, HYPONIC Ireland may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by HYPONIC Ireland .
